ACCOMMODATION

Included in your entry, is a single or sharing self catering cottage. Accommodation for Friday and Saturday nights.

Located in the beautiful Breede Valley, Fossil Hills is a testament to the enduring legacy of the Naudé family.

Situated between Robertson and McGregor, this family-owned farm, Thornvilla, has been a cornerstone of local agriculture and winemaking since 1950.

The farm’s rich history is intertwined with the discovery of ancient fossils dating back 355 million years, which addsan air of mystique and timeless beauty to the land.

Fossil Hills is more than a farm; it’s a retreat into the wonders of nature and the tranquility of countryside living.

As a precaution, we would like you to carry the following compulsory equipment during your run. It is for your own personal safety. Please adhere to the following:

Ziplock bag to keep phone dry

Outer shell jacket (waterproof)
Small First aid kit

Please ensure that you carry the compulsory equipment with you during the race as conditions can change quickly.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Cancellation / Refund Policy

No refunds of your deposit paid or entry fees unless we have to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case your entry will be transferable.
Entries are not transferable.
NO EXCEPTIONS (INCLUDING MEDICAL).

This event will take place regardless of bad weather and will only be cancelled, re-routed or stopped for reasons of Safety, Act of Nature or by any reason out of our control. In this event, entry fees are NOT refundable, but will be transferable to a next event.


