ENTRY COST

• Standard Single     : R7,700.00 – all inclusive package, with single standard accommodation (not sharing a room with anyone)
• Standard Sharing  : R4,700.00 – all inclusive package, with sharing accommodation (sharing a room with a friend)
• Luxury Single : R8,200.00 – all inclusive package, with single luxury accommodation (not sharing a room with anyone)
• Luxury Sharing : R5,200.00 – all inclusive package, with sharing luxury accommodation (sharing a room with a friend)
• Entry Only : R3,000.00 – includes everything except accommodation

Payment plan available : 1st payment due on entering (non-refundable deposit), followed by 2 EFT payments.  All entries must be fully paid by end February 2022.

• Access to beautiful trails in the Drakensberg

Champagne Shuttle & Coach Hire will be having a Shuttle Service to leave the King Shaka Airport in Durban, at 1pm.  Please contact them directly for a booking and information for you to book your flight accordingly.

As a precaution, we would like you to carry the following compulsory equipment during your run. It is for your own personal safety. Please adhere to the following:

Cell phone (fully charged)
Ziplock bag to keep phone dry
Space blanket
Backpack
Whistle
Hat
Emergency food
Water bottles
Sunscreen (SPF50)
Outer shell jacket (waterproof)
Small First aid kit

Please ensure that you carry the compulsory equipment with you during the race as conditions can change quickly.

Cancellation  / Refund Policy

• No substitutions will be accepted after 1 March 2022.  Substitution fee of R 300.00.
• No refunds of entry fees
• Please make sure your travel insurance cover any injuries, illness or cancellations for any reasons such as a pandemic, acts of terrorism or force majeur.
• Please note that only fully paid entries received by 28 February 2022,  will receive the complimentary event apparel.
• Entries are not transferable.
• NO EXCEPTIONS (INCLUDING MEDICAL).

This event will take place regardless of bad weather and will only be cancelled, re-routed or stopped for reasons of Safety, Act of Nature or by any reason out of our control. In this event, entry fees are NOT refundable.
